Why I'm so mad - and why you should be too!

In 1999 we rolled into Lewisville, TX to work a hail storm at a body shop. I was with four other top quality techs, and none of us could believe our eyes when we arrived that morning. There was a guy with a light set up outside on a white car pushing dents. Seeing him work outside wasn’t as bad as where he had his light, though. Incredibly, his light was positioned right where his head was, shining down on the dent. All of us agreed, no way was that car gonna come out right. Sure enough, before the day was over, that guy was gone and they paid us double to fix his mistakes.

Why did you decide to reveal these amazing secrets?
